We are always looking for people who have something to say. Whether you are a visual artist, a marketeer, writer or a sound designer, we would love to hear from you and see what you have to offer. Managing Director


Raja has nearly 20 years experience in advertising and communication in MNC agencies that include Bates, Saatchi & Saatchi and DDB. He has worked on projects at a global level with Heineken, regional level with Nokia and Yahoo and at a local level with Tiger Beer, DBS Vickers and Coca-Cola just to name a few.

At Kult3D he is driven by one objective alone - have fun doing something amazing everyday

Tanya Wilson


Marketing & PR Director


Having started her career in London persuading journalists to write about brands, Tanya quickly learnt the importance of lateral-thinking.

Her passion for non-traditional marketing started when she travelled the world with Heineken Thirst ? this award-winning experiential campaign ran in over 35 countries across 6 continents.

In 2005, Tanya was headhunted to Singapore to devise a global platform for Tiger Beer. Five years on, Kult continues to be responsible for Tiger Translate global content creation.

Tanya is driven by creating new forms of communication that impact behaviour and perceptions. A firm believer in the power of experiential combined with PR, Tanya is also a part-time lecturer at NTU and The University of Newcastle and blogs for Media Asia.

Steve Lawler


Creative Director


With a background in Graphic Design from Brighton University and a 2 year scholarship at Fabrica in the new media dept working on Colors Magazine. Steve was hijacked by Diesel to be part of their in-house creative team in Northern Italy working exclusively for Diesel and its sub-Brands.

From there he seeked furthur adventure by returning to Asia, creating websites and campaigns for many global brands under the roof of OgilvyOne Singapore. After learning the tricks of the advertising trade, he took to consulting for all sorts of projects as a creative thinker, art director and designer.

Currently creative director for Kult3D he is involved in projects across Asia both commercially and experimentally. Guest designing magazines, art workshops for both children and adults. Painting, silkscreening, designing and New Media take up most of his time, the rest of his time he just goes around factories looking for ghetto exhibition spaces.

Alvin Wong Twei

From being recognized as Best New Writer at Singapore's Creative Circle Awards 2000, Alvin amassed awards from every prestigious international advertising show before pioneering a strategic portfolio of notable boutique agencies. This includes: Nerf Creative (design), AvenueOne (digital), and Alchemy (advertising communications). Each boasting specialist capabilities and separate client lists which include the big international brands as well as established local icons. His latest incarnation, Kult, is a new ideas agency staffed with hotshot global talent who've birthed some of Asia's hottest buzz projects. Alvin has also regularly been invited to address brand forums in Jakarta, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.

Raj Mulani


Chief Strategy Officer/Partner


One of the sharpest thinkers in brand communications, Raj has seen over 15 years of advertising, with related credentials in sports entertainment. In 1996, he founded Street Jam, which conceptualised activities like "The Puma Street Soccer World Series", the biggest soccer event for youth Singapore has ever staged. In 1999, Raj produced a line-up of street games for 400 schools, and won appointments by Tiger Beer and ESPN to produce public screenings, including every football, F1 and tennis event on their calendar. In 2005, Raj launched Singapore's first indoor football stadium, The Cage. And balances work there with life as strategic thinker at Kult..

Zarani Risjad

Zarani hails from Singapore. Graduating from Melbourne Monash University with an honours in Visual Communication, she brings her deadly writing skills to the table expanding our design team. With a broad knowledge of Modern Art, Design and Fashion, she is assistant curator for our exhibitions and publications.

Dewi Marie Vincoy


Producer

Our newest addition to the team, Dewi-Marie with her background in fine arts and photography, she brings new ideas and executes challenges like you've been starving for days. She spends her time drawing and crafting colorful things and tries everyday to view Singapore through new eyes.
